HOW DO WE EAT

  The concept of healthy food is either misconception or myths. Who do we put in charge of our metabolism?   Infestation of nutritionists! How many professionals there are and how much they are trained in food courses, how moderate we are, diets, starvation, or overeating…. The question is how far we can go with our nutrition. Do we believe in science, or we believe in social networks? I believe in myself and my body which is clearly telling me what to eat, when to stop, what to do when it is very difficult to adopt to the information for food processing taking the fact my sociology-cultural childhood habits, eating fast, consuming high-calorie beverages. The young population is subjected to various diets, which is a devastating fact of how we live. In recent years, awareness has been raised, exercise has been done, much has been read about sweets, and sugary foods have been avoided.
